  • Develop projects of interest for the improvement of large companies and SMEs both Spanish and Latinamerican with the involvement of them.
  • Carry out dissemination and knowledge transfer activities through an annual-biennial process improvement conference with publication of the results.
  • To train professionals in the process improvement through professional accreditations certified in the international level.
  • Any other actions that contribute to the scientific and technological development of process improvement.
